This notice explains how information submitted through the KRONTRA website is used for business enquiries.
Information we collect
The enquiry form collects your name, business email, company, country or region, and any optional estimated quantity, company website, coolant product name, destination and message you provide. It may also record UTM campaign details, the landing page URL, the referring page and a server-generated submission timestamp.
How we use it
KRONTRA uses this information to review and respond to your B2B enquiry, prepare a digital branded mockup, evaluate a suitable configuration and discuss a quantity-based quotation. We do not sell buyer information.
Email delivery provider
Form submissions are transmitted through Resend, our email delivery service provider, so the enquiry can reach the configured KRONTRA sales inbox. Do not include passwords, payment-card data or unrelated personal information in your message.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept only as needed for business response, related record keeping and applicable obligations. KRONTRA does not set a fixed public retention period that would misrepresent the way individual enquiries are handled.
