The evaluation and quotation forms may collect your name, business email, company, country or region, ER collet requirement, message, company website, referral information and, on the quotation form only, an optional attachment.
How it is used
Submitted information is used to review and respond to evaluation, quotation and model-matching requests. An evaluation request also triggers a brief confirmation email to the business address you provide. Information is not used to create public customer claims.
Attachments
Only send files that you are authorized to share. Avoid including passwords, payment-card information or unrelated personal data.
